We’re excited to announce that national retailers Sport Chek and Bulk Barn will soon be opening new stores at Prosperity Ridge Shopping Centre in Williams Lake.

Construction at Prosperity Ridge is well underway for these two outstanding retailers, and we’re looking forward to them opening for business later this fall and joining our existing complement of tenants.

In conjunction with the adjacent Wal-Mart Supercentre, both retailers will be joining tenants including Dollarama, Bosley’s, Warehouse One, Subway, amongst others. Upon completion, Prosperity Ridge Shopping Centre will offer over 100,000 square feet of destination retail space to service the community of Williams Lake, and to serve as a retail draw for the broader region.

In addition to this, we’re also presently in talks with another large anchor tenant to join the centre, and we hope to be in a position where we can make an announcement later this summer.
