We are pleased to announce that construction of another new building at Prosperity Ridge is now complete! This most recent expansion adds two more excellent retailers to the shopping center in Jak’s Beer Wine Spirits and FYidoctors, more on these groups below.

Prosperity Ridge has grown into the pre-eminent shopping destination in Williams Lake (and the greater regional trade area) and these new retailers help further round out the diverse range of goods and services available at the shopping center.

Prosperity Ridge is currently 100% leased to an excellent mix of retailers but a number of new-build construction opportunities still remain that can accommodate various tenant size requirements, including potential drive thru configurations (inquire as to availability), all of which offer excellent exposure and proximity to neighbouring Wal-Mart and the existing tenants of the shopping center which include Winners, Sport Chek, and Dollarama to name a few.

Please direct new leasing inquiries to John Allan at 604-566-8251 or john@platformproperties.ca

Here is a brief introduction to our newest tenants!
