We are very pleased to announce that construction of Cottonwood Crossing is now complete with our anchor tenant, Shoppers Drug Mart, having officially opened its doors to the public in October and the balance of our tenants now open or opening in the next few months. Also, having recently secured a tenant for the final premises, we are excited to say that the project is now 100% leased to a diverse group of tenants that are eager to service the vibrant and growing community around Cottonwood Crossing.

This has truly been a full cycle project for Platform encompassing environmental remediation work (stemming from the property’s historic use as a salvage/auto wrecking yard), community consultation, municipal approval processes (rezoning, development permit and building permits), construction (through a pandemic nonetheless!) and lease up. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would like to give a special thank you to our tenant partners who identified and acted on the exciting opportunity this project presented!
