The winter snow has been falling in Williams Lake, and as we’re wrapping up the year, we have some very exciting announcements to make for Prosperity Ridge.

We are pleased to announce that tenants Sport Chek and Bulk Barn have opened their doors for business, just in time for the Christmas season. It seems like just yesterday that they were newly signed tenants, so we are very excited to have them officially welcome the community of Williams Lake through their doors.

In addition, we are very pleased to say that construction is well underway for our latest tenant, Winners. The outer structure of the building is almost complete, and we look forward to having Winners open their doors next summer. Winners is Canada’s leading off-price department store chain with over 300 stores across the country. They are well known for offering brand name and designer fashions at discounted prices.
