There’s been a lot of activity at our latest development in the city of Prince George, River Point Landing. We’re excited to share with you the latest about our tenants and construction progress at the center!

On the tenant front, health supplements retail chain Active Body Nutrition and local restaurant group Dragon Stone Mongolian Grill will soon be joining our current line up of tenants at River Point Landing.

Both tenants will be joining our existing complement of anchor tenants that include Goodlife Fitness, PetSmart, Party City, and Sleep Country”, stated Kyle Shury, principal of Platform. “With construction of the first phase well under way, we look forward to having these two new tenants join our centre and the community of Prince George.”

Active Body Nutrition is a fast-growing Canadian chain specializing in dietary supplements focused on providing top health products and strong customer service from a proud local ownership group. Dragon Stone Mongolian Grill will be a new full service restaurant concept providing a fresh, healthy, and delicious dining option to the Prince George community. Whether dining-in or taking-out, Dragon Stone Mongolian Grill will be a go to spot for fresh vegetables, tender noodles, savoury meats, rich seafoods, and flavourful sauces.

On the construction front, we are pleased to say that construction of Phase 1 is progressing rapidly with tenants slated to take possession of their premises for fixturing purposes very soon. The main building structures have been completed, and interior work is underway. Work in the parking lot and loading areas has also commenced and the centre is on track for store openings later this summer.
